The Vita library grows...

So I picked up a Vita in preparation for the release of Assassin's Creed: Liberation (game on hold due to save game bug), and in the short time I've had it, I have picked up 6 games for it. I gotta say, I really like this handheld. As much I loved my PSP (which until the release of the PSV, was my favorite handheld) I have to say that the Vita is looking to easily be the king. Compare that to the 3DS, which only has a handful of games that I want (Kingdom Hearts: DDD, the upcoming Etrian Odyssey, Luigi's Mansion: Dark Moon and the obligatory Mario games) the system seems to be really solid.

I added Mortal Kombat today (and it looks to be a great title and seems to fit really nice on the Vita) which take me to a total of 6 Vita titles.

So far I've only beaten one game on it, Uncharted: Golden Abyss which was not only a great game but also a great entry in the series. Looked great, played great and felt right at home on the handheld.

Which brings me to my final point and why I like the Vita so much. As much as I loved the PSP, it seemed that quite frequently when playing a game, on it, I would think, "This would be so much better with dual analogs and on a big screen. As I played through Uncharted: Golden Abyss, my thought was always, "This game feels right at home!" I didn't want, or need it on the big screen. The games on the Vita, feel like they belong there. And that's why I love my Vita.
